Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are two healthcare workers that work overnight 7-7 a.m. . Some weeks our schedules overlap and we need help with child care. Some times we need help overnight. Early morning for school drop offs. Late night bed times. Etc. its always changing so we need someone with flexibility. We always know our needs a few weeks in advance so most of the time its scheduled in advance. Our kids sleep around 8:30/9 and sleep all night. No issues. Wake up at 7 a.m. They are young 5 and 1. 5 yrs old. They enjoy going on walks in our complex. Playing outside with our toys. And going to the park thats 1 mile from our house.
