Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention and support plans

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to ensure ongoing success and make data-driven adjustments
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students with diverse behavioral needs
  • Offer staff training, coaching, and consultation on behavioral strategies and best practices
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and serve as a knowledgeable resource
  • Maintain thorough documentation according to school and professional standards
