Team members enjoy a supportive, collaborative atmosphere where everyone helps one another and works together to achieve common goals. The culture emphasizes longevity, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork, providing a workplace where employees can build lasting careers.
Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a warehouse and yard environment that can be somewhat dirty, with exposure to dust, stains, and outdoor elements. Shirts and work clothes may become stained during the day, so employees should be comfortable with hands-on, physical work. The facility can get loud at times due to equipment and operations, and temperatures may rise in the summer, though warehouse distribution bays are opened to improve air flow and ventilation.
