Four dedicated professionals are needed to provide both one-on-one and classroom support, contributing to a collaborative educational environment. This contract position offers consistent, full-time hours each week, allowing you to make a tangible difference throughout the academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a school environment
• High school diploma (no additional certifications or higher education required)
• Ability to provide three professional references, including a recent manager, before interviewing
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptability and reliability in supporting students with a range of needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver support to teachers and students in both individual and group settings
• Assist with classroom activities, behavior management, and academic tasks
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with educators and team members to address students’ unique challenges
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

This position provides the chance to work a set schedule of 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., following the school calendar from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027. Enjoy weekends, holidays, and afternoons free, with a balanced work-life routine.
