Job Description
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM ($21/hr.)
Occasional overtime may be required.
Steel-toe or safety-toe footwear required.
We're seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations. In this role, you'll help ensure materials and products move efficiently throughout the facility while supporting receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.
This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, order picking, or material handling experience. Experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment is preferred.
ResponsibilitiesReceive, store, and distribute materials, supplies, and products throughout the facility
Pick and prepare orders according to established procedures
Package and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
Utilize RF scanners and computer systems to complete inventory transactions
Support shipping and receiving activities
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment when required
Maintain a continuous flow of materials to support production and warehouse operations
Assist with assembly, machine operation, and other tasks as assigned
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
At least 1 year of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience
Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or other warehouse equipment preferred
Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and work around moving machinery
Direct Hire contingent upon:
- Attendance on all scheduled shifts, including mandatory O.T.
- Successful completion of driving certification
