Como Técnico de ensamble de Automatización, serás responsable de construir y solucionar problemas en máquinas automatizadas de ensamblaje, subensambles y componentes eléctricos, siguiendo planos de ingeniería y especificaciones técnicas. Tu función incluirá la depuración de máquinas y procesos para nuevos equipos, la realización de alineaciones de maquinaria y la ejecución de configuraciones finales. También participarás en

la planificación y el diseño de maquinaria de alta velocidad y alta precisión.

Responsabilidades

• Construir y diagnosticar fallas en máquinas automatizadas de ensamblaje, subensambles y componentes eléctricos.
• Depurar y optimizar nuevas máquinas y procesos.
• Realizar alineaciones de maquinaria y llevar a cabo configuraciones finales.
• Participar en la planificación y el diseño de maquinaria de alta velocidad y precisión.

Habilidades esenciales

• Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos técnicos.
• Experiencia en automatización y resolución de problemas.
• Conocimiento de ensamble mecánico y eléctrico.
• Conocimientos en diagnóstico y solución de problemas de PLC (Controladores Lógicos Programables) y sistemas de control.

Habilidades y calificaciones adicionales

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en la construcción de equipos automáticos de ensamblaje.
• Aptitud mecánica y sólidas habilidades matemáticas.
• Capacidad para interpretar dibujos y planos de ingeniería.
• Conocimiento de herramientas básicas de taller mecánico.

This is a Contract position based out of Sioux City, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
