Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist in Collinsville, TX

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience serving school-aged children and adolescents
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred for full-time consideration
• Passion for helping students overcome communication challenges in educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and progress-monitor outcomes
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to support each student’s development
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations with educational staff and families
