1st Shift- Monday – Thursday
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Flexible shift schedules available
- Available to support work-life flexibility
- Set up and operate Citizen Swiss CNC lathes for production runs
- Load CNC programs and perform machine setup for new jobs
- Set tool offsets and make machining adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
- Read, edit, and troubleshoot G-code and M-code programs
- Perform tool changes and wear compensation to ensure consistent quality
- Work with various metals and plastics used in precision manufacturing
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
- Hold extremely tight tolerances, including ±0.0002"
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Utilize precision measuring equipment including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Optical Comparators
- Apply SPC methods to monitor process capability and quality
- Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Minimum 2+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines in a production environment
- Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and machine setup
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Ability to maintain tight tolerances and produce quality parts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience performing preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
- Experience with Citizen Swiss CNC lathes
- Experience with multi-axis CNC machines
- Familiarity with live tooling and sub-spindles
- Ability to read and edit G-code and M-code
- Mastercam or Esprit experience
- Knowledge of SPC and process capability analysis
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Automotive precision machining experience

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lonsdale, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $43.00/hr.
