Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
The role involves operating and supporting CNC machining centers, which includes setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting. The technician will load and unload raw materials and finished parts into and out of CNC machines, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of multiple machines simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support CNC machining centers, including setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into and out of CNC machines.
- Monitor multiple machines simultaneously to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Change and adjust machine tools as needed to meet production specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Interpret and work from technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Experience with CNC machines
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience in performing precision inspections
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Great character, work ethic, attitude, and job tenure
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand for long periods
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude is required

Candidates should be open to all shifts, including:
1st Shift (Mon-Wed, 7:00am-7:30pm)
Overnight Shift (Mon-Wed, 7:00pm-7:30am)
Weekend 1st Shift (Thurs-Sat, 7:00am-7:30pm)
Weekend Overnight Shift (Thurs-Sat, 7:00pm-7:30am).
The work environment is a brand new, state-of-the-art facility that is temperature-controlled, very clean, and safe.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellabell, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.75 - $23.25/hr.
