We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Irving, Texas in a fully on-site, contract capacity with the potential to become permanent. This position serves as an early point of connection with prospective talent, helping transform outreach into meaningful conversations and guiding interested individuals through the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a relationship-focused approach to engaging candidates in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
• Engage passive talent through a high volume of outbound calls and outreach efforts to evaluate interest, availability, and career goals.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships using thoughtful follow-up and personalized communication across multiple channels.
• Conduct consultative screening conversations that highlight opportunity value and identify alignment with open roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage timely communication to keep candidates informed and processes moving efficiently.
• Work closely with recruiting team members to share candidate updates, market feedback, and recommendations for next steps.
• Maintain organized and accurate candidate information within recruiting systems while ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
• Prepare and submit routine activity updates and recruiting metrics for leadership review.
• Support additional recruiting and talent acquisition tasks as needed to meet team objectives.• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and dependable follow-through on tasks and candidate communication.
• Ability to manage recruiting activity in a high-volume setting while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, customer success, business development, or another relationship-based environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and online sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• Proficiency in sourcing and corporate recruiting practices, including pipeline tracking and candidate engagement.
• Commitment to maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
