Job Title: Cleanroom Production OperatorJob Description

Join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in the manual and automated packaging lines. You will be responsible for building and weighing boxes, working collaboratively with a team to meet packaging goals. In this role, you will rotate through various stations to ensure a diverse and engaging work experience. Additionally, you will be cross-trained to support the automated packaging line, monitoring machines and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Work on the manual packaging line, constructing and weighing boxes.
• Collaborate with a team of 5-7 people to achieve packaging goals.
• Rotate through different stations on the packaging line.
• Monitor the automated packaging line, checking screens for errors and resetting machines as needed.
• Load materials into the machine and maintain inventory levels.
• Perform quality assurance checks and adhere to strict manufacturing processes.

Essential Skills

• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in machine operation and quality assurance.
• Experience in production, packaging, and automated line operations.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing machines is preferred.

Work Environment

Work closely with machinery, comfortable with loud noises. The position is for the 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 1:30am. Flexibility is required as work may occasionally shift to other departments or locations to maintain employment stability.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
