Registered Nurse/MS/Tele

Job Requirements:

• Night shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license required at the time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required prior to start
• Epic EMR experience required
• One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required
• Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation
• Must be available to work at least every other holiday
