POSITION DETAILS Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Typical Hours: 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm, with a 30-min unpaid meal break Pay: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience Location: 1416 W. Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015 Learn More: www.albatross.team ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a motivated, dependable Sales Associate to support customer service, sales, and daily operations. No industry experience is required, and paid training is provided. This is a hands-on role involving customer assistance, quotes, orders, office support, showroom operations, and occasional warehouse coordination. Because sales do not come automatically, you should be comfortable following up with customers, reaching out to potential clients, staying organized, communicating professionally, and taking initiative without constant direction. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email - Build customer relationships to support repeat business and new sales opportunities - Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, payments, orders, and customer communications - Identify customer needs, provide product information, pricing, and availability, recommend suitable products, and help turn quotes into orders - Coordinate deliveries, pickups, returns, warranties, and rebates - Assist with inventory, warehouse operations, office support, and general maintenance - Perform data entry, filing, recordkeeping, research, and general administrative tasks - Support marketing, social media, and promotional activities - Learn about HVAC, appliances, water heating, solar, ESS, lighting, and related products REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Basic conversational Korean and strong English communication skills - High school diploma or GED - Valid California driver's license; must be 21+ with a clean driving record - Authorized to work in the United States - Able to lift up to 50lbs and assist with occasional deliveries, pickups, and order handling PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in sales, retail, customer service, office support, or wholesale - Knowledge of HVAC, appliances, water heaters, solar, ESS, lighting/electrical products - Familiarity with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools BENEFITS & PERKS - Employer-funded Profit-sharing retirement plan - Paid sick leave and paid major holidays - Employee Discount - Paid training, career growth, and performance bonus opportunities - Dedicated workstation and free on-site parking - Complimentary coffee, snacks, and frequent team lunches ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This position includes a 90-day introductory period.
