Childcare Needed

We are a family of two doctors with crazy schedules that change every week. We are fortunate enough to have my mom helping us watch our son however we work 80 hours a week and need additional assistance. There are some days and times that will be fixed however, in general, the schedule would be flexible based on your availability. Schedule would likely include early mornings (as early as 545am) and some weekends.
