Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a nanny for the month of August only, 3 days per week from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. , to care for my 16-month-old toddler in our home while I work remotely. He's a very active, curious, and happy little boy, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with toddlers through play, reading books, singing, dancing, and other fun, age-appropriate activities. The focus is on keeping him entertained, learning, and having fun in a safe and nurturing environment. We live in the North Columbia Heights/Petworth area. We are flexible with the days. References are required.
