Responsibilities:

- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations in a busy clinic setting. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function. \n
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately using the Raintree EMR system. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. \n
- Maintain clinical productivity by seeing 55-63 patients per week. \n
- Flexibly work with an open schedule, including up to 4x10s and 2 evenings per week until 7:00pm. \n
- Adhere to clinic policies and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. \n
