NDT Engineer - TS II in GAC Savannah
\n
Unique Skills:
- \n
- Familiar with writing, reviewing, and maintaining NDT inspection procedures and techniques in accordance with industry standards such as NAS 410. \n
- \n
- Knowledge of NDT Systems, Equipment, and Technology \n
- \n
- Assist Operations and Supplier Quality with conducting internal and supplier audits, respectively. (Tier 1 Suppliers). \n
- Work closely with the Quality organization to supplement training of Level I and II technicians, providing technical guidance on difficult-to-interpret results. \n
- \n
- Support Design reviews for reference standards. \n
- Define NDT requirements during the engineering design phase to ensure product supportability and affordability. \n
- \n
- Assist the Composite Fabrication Shop with the development of strategic business plans supporting Production efficiency. \n
- Support M&P MRB team with discrepancies. \n
- \n
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for material or mechanical failures identified through testing. \n

- Communication: Clearly explain technical findings to cross-functional teams, including production, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and Peer Engineering Groups. \n
