Overview:
\nWe are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a patient-focused outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:\n- \n
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. \n
- Provide skilled physical therapy services based on physician referrals. \n
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. \n
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home exercise programs. \n
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. \n
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. \n
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation support staff as appropriate. \n
- \n
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program. \n
- Current Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure). \n
- Current BLS/CPR certification. \n
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills. \n
- Experience with EMR systems preferred. \n
- \n
- Monday–Friday schedule. \n
