\n Required certification: BLS
\n Required experience & skills: 1yr of Gen Med experience; Strong teamwork and communication.
\n Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 3-12s, 1900-0700 with weekend and holiday rotation
\n Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
\n Holiday Requirement: 3 of 6 required holidays throughout the year.
\n Is there Call or a Standby requirement?: Depends on staffing needs of hospital.
\n Floating Requirements: Travel RNs are first to float otherwise it is on a rotation of last who floated.
