\n - On-site special education teaching role for students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade\n
\n - Work primarily with children who are cognitively impaired (CI)\n
\n - Requires valid Special Education license with CI or ASD endorsement\n
\n - Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training preferred or willingness to obtain\n
\n - Pay rate: $48-$55 per hour, based on experience\n
\n - Previous experience in a special education setting required (resource/self-contained classrooms, 1:1 support, or with externalizing behaviors)\n
\n - Experience with IEPs, lesson planning, and collaboration with faculty and parents necessary\n
\n - Must have a strong desire to connect with and support students\n
