Job details:

- Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience [required] \n
- Experience in successful conflict resolution [required] \n
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations. \n
- Working knowledge of staffing systems [preferred] \n
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, or higher [Required] \n
- Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing. \n
- Must be an RN \n
