Schedule & Coverage Requirements
\n Weekend Requirement: On-call requirement with 1 weekend per month
\n Holiday Requirement: 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday (on call)
\n On-Call Requirement: Required – 4 weekday call shifts plus one weekend call (Friday through Sunday)
\n Float Requirement: No floating required, Scrubs: Provided by the hospital

\n Required Clinical Experience
\n Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, 2 years of preferred experience

\n Required Hard Skills
\n Candidates must have experience with:
\n Circulating Nurse responsibilities, EPIC, Mac-LAB, Impella, Balloon Pump
\n PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), Right Heart Cath, Left Heart Cath

\n Required Soft Skills / Clinical Experience
\n Circulation during pacemaker insertion procedures, Pulmonary Embolism case experience
\n Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment

\n Preferred Experience
\n Critical Care experience, Prior experience with EPIC, Prior experience with Sensis, Electrophysiology (EP) experience
\n Education: Required - Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
\n Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

\n Required Licensure & Certifications
\n Current New Jersey Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact RN License
\n BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Telemetry certification/competency
