\n Physical Therapist (PT)\n

Position Overview
\n We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs.
\n
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
\n
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in the EMR.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
\n
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
\n
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
\n
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
\n
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
\n
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
\n

Preferred Qualifications\n

\n
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, orthopedic, or acute care settings.
\n
• Familiarity with EMR systems and evidence-based treatment practices.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
