American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Operating Room position requiring a minimum of 2 years of OR experience and an active NY RN license.

- Operating Room (OR) department in a hospital setting \n
- Night shift hours: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM \n
- 13-week contract \n
- \n
- Active NY State RN license required at time of consideration \n
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in the Operating Room specialty \n
- Current BLS and/or other certifications required — must be from AHA or RQI \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- US Social Security Number required \n
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months \n
- Flu vaccine required; only medical exemptions signed by a licensed professional are accepted — personal and religious declinations are not permitted \n

- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius and must not reside in the following counties: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington — local candidates from these counties are not eligible \n
- No blocked scheduling is permitted \n
- More than 3 call-outs during the contract period may result in termination; make-up shifts must be completed within 6 weeks of the last call-out \n
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application \n
- Travel pairs are not accepted for this position \n
