American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for an outpatient rehabilitation position in Boothbay Harbor, ME.

  • Epic EMR used at this facility
  • \n
  • Float requirement: may be asked to float to other facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed

Requirements\n
    \n
  • Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
  • \n
  • Active PT license required for consideration; license required if applicable
  • \n
  • BLS certification required; non-AHA certifications are accepted but AHA-equivalent must be completed prior to start
  • \n
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
  • \n
  • Driver's License required for consideration
  • \n
  • 2 professional references required for consideration
  • \n

  • Personal device usage, including AirPods, laptops, and cell phones, is prohibited on the unit
  • \n
  • Candidates who reside within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (residents of Maine or New Hampshire) are considered local and may be subject to a different pay rate
  • \n
  • Local candidates are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
  • \n
  • Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this during consideration
  • \n
  • RTO should be kept to a minimum; approximately 3–4 days per 13-week contract is considered reasonable, though final approval is at the manager's discretion
  • \n
