Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
\n
• Consistently provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
\n
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with the level of practice.
\n
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed.
\n
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.
\n
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers; identify issues and resources.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
\n
• BLS certification from AHA required.
\n
• RN License in state of employment or compact.
\n
• Ability to work 7PM - 7AM full-time schedule.
\n
