Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients in a Level II Trauma Hospital. \n
- Monitor and assess patient vitals using GE bedside monitors and other advanced equipment. \n
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced procedures including ventilator management. \n
- Collaborate with intensivists, staff, and team members to deliver patient-centered care. \n
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR system. \n
- Respond swiftly to patient emergencies, including trauma, cardiac arrest, and respiratory issues. \n
- Support unit operations during high-acuity situations, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. \n
