- Weekend Requirement: 6–9 weekend shifts per 6‑week schedule \n
Float Requirements

- Must float across all facilities within the regional zone \n
- May receive weekly facility assignment or just‑in‑time assignment shortly before shift \n
- Float coverage may include:\n
- \n
- MS‑Tele \n
- PCU/Stepdown \n
- ICU (low‑acuity holds only) \n
- ED Observation \n
- Additional adult acute‑care units \n
\n
Unit & Patient Info
\n- \n
- Adult–Geriatric population \n
- Common diagnoses: Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, Renal, Urology, General Surgery, Psych/Detox, ENT, Bariatrics, Trauma, Rehab \n
- Ratios: 1:5–6 depending on acuity \n
- RT support available (vents, CPAP, BiPAP) \n
- Charge nurse may take small assignment on nights \n
Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years MS‑Tele \n
- Certs: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS \n
- Neuro experience preferred \n
- Must be comfortable floating across multiple units \n
