Travel RN Unit Manager – Memory Care
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Charting: Matrix
On-Call: 1–2 weekends per month
Seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for an 18-resident Memory Care neighborhood serving individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of cognitive impairment. This role combines nursing leadership, administrative responsibilities, staff oversight, and direct resident care.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Oversee daily clinical operations of the Memory Care neighborhood \n
- Coordinate and manage resident care plans \n
- Provide direct nursing care as needed \n
- Support, supervise, and guide nursing staff \n
- Respond to changes in resident condition \n
- Collaborate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary care team \n
- Maintain accurate documentation in Matrix \n
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment \n
- Ensure care is delivered with dignity, consistency, and respect \n
- \n
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM \n
- Must be flexible to arrive early or stay late based on resident and staffing needs \n
- On-call coverage required 1–2 weekends per month \n
- Weekend call runs from Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM \n
Ideal Candidate\n

- Experienced RN leader with strong clinical and administrative skills \n
- Comfortable balancing management duties with hands-on resident care \n
- Memory Care, dementia, long-term care, or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred \n
- Flexible, dependable, and able to respond to urgent staffing or resident-care needs \n
- Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills \n
