Lead the future of student behavioral support! Join Cross Country Education as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving as a district-level Behavior Support Consultant for the 2026-2027 school year in the La Plata, MD area.
\n Position Overview:
\n Develop, standardize, and oversee cohesive behavior programs across schools while analyzing data and guiding the implementation of evidence-based practices.
\n Conduct behavioral program reviews, provide consultative support to school leaders, and recommend data-driven interventions to support student success.
\n Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior specialists, social workers, and mental health professionals.
\n Leverage the individual strengths of the existing multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative and effective behavioral support network.
\n Qualifications:
\n Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or related field
\n Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
\n Current Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License (or eligibility)
\n 5+ years of school-based experience supporting general and/or special education environments
\n Prior experience in a supervisory or consultative role
\n Experience implementing behavior programs across multiple sites
