Job Details:

\n

• Shift hours are 10:45 AM to 11:15 PM (10:45-23:15)
\n • Shifts will be scheduled on weekdays (Monday through Friday) with Monday through Friday overnight call
\n • Holiday call shifts apply as applicable
\n • Float within skill set if needed
\n • Weekend coverage required
\n • Patient ratio is 1:4 for days, nights, and weekends
\n • Must have at least 2 years of experience
\n • Experience circulating in all surgical areas required, including craniotomies, laparoscopic cases, and endovascular procedures (CV Surgery excluded)
\n • Endoscopy, neuro, and robotics experience required
\n • Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
\n • Epic charting system experience required within the last 12 months; must be clearly documented on profile
\n • Candidates must pass the Epic competency exam; only one attempt is allowed
\n • Required certifications: AHA BLS and NIHSS
\n • Must be comfortable working with a wide range of surgical procedures including but not limited to craniotomies, robotic surgery, orthopedics, GYN, urology, and general surgeries
\n • Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
\n • Active compact or TN license required
\n • Two supervisory references required

This facility is a large surgical environment featuring 42 operating rooms serving a daily census of approximately 100 patients. The facility supports a wide range of complex surgical specialties including neurology, robotics, orthopedics, gynecology, and urology, with comprehensive interdisciplinary support services including IV teams, respiratory services, radiology, rapid response teams, and more.
