  • Five (5) years experience in access care, customer service or a related field

  • Two (2) years supervisory experience OR demonstrated internal experience as a supervisor, senior access care rep, or Team Lead Access care
  • \n
\n

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • \n
  • Five (5) years experience in access care, customer service or a related field
  • \n
  • Two (2) years supervisory experience.

License/Certification

  • Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM)

The Patient Access Care Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of all functions and serves as the liaison between the patient and the facility. The Patient Access Supervisor integrates the department's services with the hospital's primary functions, develops/implements policies and procedures that guide or support service, assesses and improves department performance, and ensures orientation and continuing education of departmental staff. They serve as a key promoter of process improvements, which strives to meet and exceed the needs of its customers.\n \n
