- Schedule: Monday–Friday – no weekends, no holidays, no call \n
- Hours: ~35 hours/week (based on school bell hours) \n
- Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year \n
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly, Local candidates only – travel stipend not available, Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available \n
- Preferred: Experience in special education classrooms, familiarity with IEPs/BIPs, support for students with communication disorders \n
- Requirements: Valid Special Education Teacher license, willingness to obtain Nebraska licensure, 2 years of school-based experience \n
Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Provide essential support and specialized care to students in educational settings. \n
- Participate in IEP meetings, develop and monitor goals, and implement individualized interventions. \n
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and support students with articulation, language, and fluency disorders. \n
- Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure students receive tailored services. \n
- Document student progress and ensure IEP compliance across grade levels. \n
