Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg position in Beckley, WV, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active WV or compact RN license.

• Work in a Medical Surgical Combination unit at an acute care hospital
\n
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
\n
• 13-week contract
\n
• Every other weekend required
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active WV or compact RN license required
\n
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
\n
• AHA certifications required prior to start
\n
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
\n
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
\n
• Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
\n
• Orientation is held biweekly on Wednesdays
\n
• The facility is Joint Commission accredited and serves approximately 13,000 inpatients and over 50,000 emergency patients annually
\n
• The facility offers a wide range of surgical services including robotic, spine, orthopaedic, vascular, thoracic, cardiology, and trauma/emergency services
