Residential Skilled Laborer – Temp-to-Hire

Poulsbo, WA
$23-$24/hr DOE | Weekly Pay

What You'll Do

Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects
Load and unload building materials
Perform jobsite cleanup and debris removal
Assist carpenters and other skilled tradespeople
Use hand and power tools safely
Move materials and help keep projects on schedule
Follow all safety procedures on the jobsite

Previous construction or skilled labor experience required
Reliable transportation to jobsites in the Poulsbo area
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather
Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Local candidates strongly preferred
