Quantiferon TB Lab Report (dated & stamped within one year)

HHA or PCA certificate

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and observe patient health status, including vital signs and overall condition
- Support medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans
- Maintain detailed medical documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Provide specialized care such as Alzheimer's and dementia care, hospice support, and end-of-life assistance
- Safely transfer patients using patient transfer methods like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to home health care regulations and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
- Medical license/certification: Home Health Aide Certification
- Speaks English
