Requirements

Physical Exam  (dated & stamped within one year)

Drug Screen Lab Report: 8 panel min. (dated & stamped within one year)
Quantiferon TB Lab Report (dated & stamped within one year)

Rubella and Rubeola Lab Reports

Photo ID & SS card (or work authorization)
HHA or PCA certificate

COVID Vaccination Card

2 Letters of Recommendation

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and observe patient health status, including vital signs and overall condition
• Support medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans
• Maintain detailed medical documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Provide specialized care such as Alzheimer's and dementia care, hospice support, and end-of-life assistance
• Safely transfer patients using patient transfer methods like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to home health care regulations and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• Medical license/certification: Home Health Aide Certification
• Speaks English
