Industrial Painting Manager Pay Rate and Hours:
- Pay: $28-$35/hr
- Days and hours: Mon-Fri, Hours: 1st shift 6:00am - 4:30pm
Industrial Painting Manager Job Summary
The Industrial Painting Manager is responsible for overseeing all industrial painting operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. This role manages painting personnel, coordinates production schedules, maintains quality standards, and ensures compliance with company policies, customer specifications, and environmental regulations. The Industrial Painting Manager works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and project management teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Industrial Painting Manager Key Responsibilities
- Hands on prep and paint before promotion after probationary period
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily industrial painting operations.
- Coordinate painting schedules to meet production and customer deadlines.
- Monitor workflow, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure all painting processes are performed according to specifications and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Prepare data reports, order painting supplies as needed
Industrial Painting Manager Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous industrial painting experience required
- Supervisory or management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or coating environment required
- Experience with blasting, coating applications, and quality inspections
- Ability to lift 40–60 lbs
- Standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Tolerance for exposure to fumes, chemicals, and varying temperatures
