Licensed Practical Nurse – Ambulatory Care

Location: Worcester, MA
Rate: Up to $1650.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Shift: 8-Hour Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5 Shifts/Week)

Contract: 13-Week Contract | Local & Travel Accepted
Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
• Prior ambulatory care experience required
• Prior outpatient clinic experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license
• No weekends required

Certifications:

• AHA BLS

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in an ambulatory care clinic setting
• Support outpatient services and inpatient consultations
• Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and follow-up care
• Assist with patient education, care coordination, and communication with healthcare teams
• Provide care to adolescent, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support safe, quality patient care
