Job Description
All new hires will complete training on the 1st shift:
- 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
- Training may last up to 15 weeks
After completing training, you will move to the hired shift:
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday ($22.00/hr)
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Sunday- Thursday ($23.00/hr)
Starting Pay:
- 1st Shift: $21.00/hr
Overtime
- Certain areas work 2 to 4 hours after or after a scheduled shift. Including weekends

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine set-up and changeover of machines, adjusting as needed to process operations accordingly.
- Run orders per product specifications and standard practices. This may include sorting, labeling, and packaging products per customer specifications, quality requirements, and standard practices
- Perform tests and check products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring tools, calipers, micrometers etc.
- Understand and implement quality standards and procedures
- Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity.
- Follow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher-level technical personnel and monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
- Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
- Maintain work area with necessary supplies to complete processes- 4S+ standard work
- Operate heavy equipment necessary to move, load, and ship material and/or finished products throughout the manufacturing environment.
- Support inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts and correct discrepancies to achieve business goals.
- Assist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals.
- Contribute and participate in team decision making processes including problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. Provide support in project work and other special requests.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Position Overview
As a Machine Operator, you’ll operate production equipment, ensure product quality, and support efficient manufacturing operations. This role involves loading and unloading parts, monitoring cycle times, and performing inspections to meet safety and quality standards.
Ideal Candidate
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
What You Will Need
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, OR
a 1-year technical certificate, OR equivalent combination - Machine aptitude (preferred)
- Troubleshooting experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to:
- Lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and 100 lbs occasionally
- Stand for extended periods
- Walk, bend, twist, and use hands frequently
- Work in high temperatures (100–120°ree;F near machines)

Work Environment
Team Members work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, machinery, and physical activity. Conditions include standing, lifting, bending, and operating equipment.
