A growing company in Columbus, Indiana is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, finding qualified candidates, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for a variety of positions.
- Create and manage online job postings.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting activity and ensure timely follow-up.
- Utilize recruiting tools, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates.
- Assist with office projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
