Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and elder care professionals.

• Generate new referral Leads at Assigned Accounts

• Perform clinical assessments for patients referred for clinical and financial acceptance through a review of the patients’ medical record

• Collaborate with Internal personnel at the Centers for smooth discharge from the referral source to the Center

• Convert potential referrals to admissions to ensure each Center is able to meet and exceed set targets and Sales goals.

• Participate in Center Marketing Meetings and community outreach efforts

• Support Recruitment Efforts

• Possess clinical assessment abilities, a health care marketing background and an understanding of industry referral and payor sources.
