What You’ll Do

As a licensed esthetician at The Wax House, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing Brazilian waxing and other waxing services with confidence and precision. - Adhering to The Wax House’s service protocols, sanitation requirements, product-usage guidelines, and service-time standards. - Maintaining a professional and punctual demeanor to ensure smooth operations. - Being open to hands-on training and performance feedback to continually refine your skills. - Providing exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - An active Tennessee esthetician or cosmetology license. - At least 1 year of professional experience in esthetics or cosmetology. - Dependability, punctuality, and a professional attitude. - Comfort and expertise in performing Brazilian waxing. - The flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. - A willingness to follow established protocols and guidelines. - A clientele is helpful but not required—we’re happy to help you grow!
