Animal Care Needed

My cats name is Oliver and he has had 2 UTIs so he is on a special diet in which he gets 1 full bowl in the morning (usually around 10-11 am) and 1/2 bowl at night but he doesnt usually finish the first bowl. My second pet is a cockatiel named noodle. Hes kinda really dumb all you would have to do is refill his food every other day with seeds and throw out the shells in a nearby trash can.
