Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader distribution center in Plainfield is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting facility upkeep and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Plainfield, IN

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:45 PM - 11:15 PM Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist other maintenance team members with various maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and building systems.
• Detect and report defective materials or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety regulations.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of conveyor experience preferred.
• Ability to work on the second shift and overtime as needed.
• Must have recent maintenance experience. (Within last 6 months - 1 year) 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
