Description

Halo Logistics is a fast-growing logistics company dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality delivery services. We are currently seeking full-time W-2 delivery drivers in the Springfield, OR area who are dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented.

Position Highlights:

Pay: $17-$18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Wages paid weekly.
Local Routes Only – Be home every day
W-2 Employee Status
Company Van Provided – No personal vehicle needed.

Responsibilities and Skills:

Load and unload light cargo, ensuring items are safely secured for transport
Drive designated local routes while following all traffic and safety regulations
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle any delivery-related questions or concerns professionally
Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports as needed
Strong ability to load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of route driving techniques and local area navigation is beneficial.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record – no DUIs, reckless driving, or cellphone violations in the past 3 years
