Temp Ecomm Content Coord - Full-time / Part-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, submit, and track project requests (Jira tickets & Trello cards), and workflow tasks to ensure timely completion of content, design, and promotional deliverables.
• Create content briefs and facilitate discussions with key collaborators for feedback and approvals
• Assist in sourcing, gathering, and organizing content assets, product information, and creative materials to ensure projects are completed on schedule.         
• Review, proofread, and quality-check content for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and brand standards.     
• Request, organize, and coordinate digital assets including images, banners, icons, thumbnails, and other creative materials needed for website content and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the maintenance of calendars and trackers for content and projects
• Communicate tasks details, timelines, and issues to project collaborators              10%
• Identify decisions needed to move a project forward and follow up with the team members responsible for making those decisions          
• Assure project and content information is organized and archived for future reference

The anticipated rate for this position is $31.78 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates can accrue paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes 100 hours of paid holiday time.

Education and Experience

• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree   
• 2 minimum years of experience to  10 maximum years of experience.

• Possess the ability to successfully work with other team members collaborating and communicating effectively
• Strong proofreading and editing skills, ensuring documents, reports, correspondence, and other materials are clear, accurate, and professionally presented.
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills, ensuring timely responses, effective coordination, and completion of outstanding tasks and action items.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of tracking and organizing many different tasks and requests
• Highly deadline-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities, meet established timelines, and deliver results under pressure.

• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements
Corporate - Remote - General office environment requiring ability to: *Stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time . *Speak and listen to others in person and over the phone and video conferencing. *Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports. *The ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
