Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with alternating Saturdays

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with friendly, professional service
  
• Manage vehicle rental reservations and rental agreements
  
• Explain rental policies and answer customer questions
  
• Process payments, invoices, and rental documentation
  
• Inspect rental vehicles before and after each rental
  
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and repairs
  
• Maintain accurate records using dealership software
  
• Work closely with the service department to ensure vehicle availability
  
• Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
  

What We're Looking For

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, rental car, or automotive experience preferred
  
• Vehicle rental experience is a plus but not required
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Basic computer skills
  
• Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  
• High school diploma or GED preferred
  
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
