Forklift Logistics Specialist -- Shipping & Receiving

Picture your day starting with a quick equipment check, then rolling onto the dock to guide pallets from arriving trailers to their next destination. You’ll thread the needle between racking, stage outbound orders with precision, confirm counts, and keep aisles clear so the team can move fast and safely. By the end of your shift, you’ll see the results of your work in neatly organized bays and on-time shipments.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment with a strong safety mindset.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks; stage materials accurately for shipment.
• Place product in assigned locations and keep storage areas neatly arranged.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory integrity through regular checks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure clean, obstruction-free aisles and docks.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures throughout each task.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily throughput and accuracy targets.

What Helps You Succeed

• Hands-on forklift or warehouse experience is helpful (training available for the right candidate).
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to take and follow direction.
• Comfort with physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to work across multiple shifts; our core operations run Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend needs.
