Groundskeeper / Landscaper

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to oversee and maintain the grounds of a community space in the Clinton, OK area. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the facility, ensuring that the grounds are well-kept and inviting for all visitors.

• Maintain and care for all landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Perform regular inspections of the grounds to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
• Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and free of debris.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new landscaping projects.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus.
• Knowledge landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
