Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a successful company in Paso Robles!
Compensation: $23 - $25/hr DOE
Job Requirements:
- Perform routine maintenance around the property.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Maintain, clean, and service equipment.
- Inspect for and repair damage to building surfaces.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Have reliable transportation
- Have valid driver's license
- 2+ years experience in maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
- Previous apartment tech is a plus
- Must possess great customer service
